Everything ships in plain outer packaging with no product names on the label. Tracking is emailed when the box leaves us, not when the label is printed.

You have sixty days from delivery. Opened, half-used, decanted — it does not matter. Email hello@regenivus.ie, we send a prepaid label, and we refund the purchase price plus any delivery you paid within three working days of the box reaching us.

There is no form to complete, no photographs to supply and no restocking fee. We ask one optional question — what did not work — because the answer improves the advice we give the next person.

If a bottle arrives broken or the wrong item is in the box, tell us within seven days and a replacement goes out the same working day, before the original comes back.

Formulas are shipped well inside their period-after-opening window. If you receive something with less than twelve months remaining, we replace it as an error on our side.
