Regenivus
We chose one house, and read its files properly.
Regenivus is an independent Irish retailer of AV Laboratories. One brand, nine formulas, held in stock in Dublin, sold by people who can explain the chemistry.
Why only one brand
Our position
Most skincare retail works on breadth. Carry four hundred products, let the customer sort it out, and take a margin on the confusion. We found we could not answer questions honestly at that scale — not questions like whether a €199 serum is worth it for a specific person with specific skin.
So we stock one house. AV Laboratories was founded by Ami and Monica Mezezi, clinicians who spent twenty-five years in IVF and regenerative medicine, work that supported over a million new lives. They then spent five years and around ten million dollars turning what they had learned about keeping fragile cells alive into a topical platform: AVL SOM3®, a patented amino-acid complex.
Depth over breadth means we have read every clinical file, met the people who ran the assessments, and can tell you which of two creams suits your skin in February rather than July.
What we do differently
In practice
Stock is held in Dublin, so an Irish order arrives the next working day and a return does not cross an ocean. Consultations are answered by a person, usually the same day, and usually by someone who will tell you to buy the smaller thing.
Every order ships with the clinical summary for what is inside it. We would rather you read the methodology than trust our adjectives.
If a formula is not right for your skin, it goes back within sixty days — opened, half-used, however it is — and we refund it in full.
The people behind the counter
Team
Regenivus is a small team: two founders, a clinical advisor who reviews every claim we publish, and the person who packs your box and writes the note in it.
We are contactable, named, and in Dublin. If something goes wrong, you will speak to one of four people rather than a queue.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us about your skin and we will tell you which two products to buy — and which seven to leave.
